Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 32(FIN) "An Act relating to medical assistance payments for home and community- based services and provision of personal care services in a recipient's home; and providing for an effective date" was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
